Scope of Application<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p2\">These fee and payment terms apply to all medical services provided by Reaging Medicine, in particular telemedical consultations, online appointments, and administrative services (e.g. prescription requests, medical certificates, laboratory referrals).<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><b>2. Private Practice and Reimbursement (Wahlarzt)<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p2\">Reaging Medicine is operated as a private medical practice.<br \/>All medical services are provided as private services.<br \/>Patients may submit honorarium notes to their health insurance provider for partial reimbursement under the Austrian \u201cWahlarzt\u201d system. Direct billing with statutory health insurance providers is not offered.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><b>3. Advance Payment<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p2\">Advance payment is required for the following services:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\">Online initial consultations<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Online follow-up consultations<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Telephone consultations<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Administrative services (e.g. prescription requests, medical certificates, laboratory referrals)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p2\">Payment is processed via the payment service provider Stripe.<br \/>Appointments and services are considered binding only after receipt of payment.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><b>4. Appointment Cancellation<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p2\">Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to <span class=\"s2\"><b>48 hours before the scheduled appointment<\/b><\/span>.<br \/>Cancellations less than 48 hours before the appointment or failure to attend (no-show) will result in the full fee (100%) being charged.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">To cancel, please send an email with your request to <a href=\"mailto:ordination@reaging-medicine.at\"><span class=\"s2\"><b>ordination@reaging-medicine.at<\/b><\/span><\/a> at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><b>5. Refunds<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p2\">In the event of timely cancellation (at least 48 hours before the appointment), the paid amount will be refunded.<br \/><strong>Stripe transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount.<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><b>6. Late Arrival<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p2\">In case of late arrival, the appointment may still take place, but the consultation time may be shortened without any reduction in the fee.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><b>7. Telemedical Services<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p2\">Telemedical consultations are considered full medical services in accordance with applicable professional and legal regulations.<br \/>Diagnosis, treatment recommendations, prescriptions, and medical confirmations may be provided via telemedicine, where medically appropriate.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><b>8. Honorarium Notes and Payment Receipts<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>After successful online payment, patients receive a payment receipt by email.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For telemedical consultations, the honorarium note (official invoice) is issued after the service has been provided and sent by email.<\/li>\n<li>For administrative services, the honorarium note is issued after processing the request and sent by email.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><b>9. Liability and Medical Disclaimer<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p2\">Medical services are provided in accordance with current medical standards and with due professional care. Telemedicine does not replace an in-person medical examination in all cases.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><b>10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p2\">Austrian law applies.
