Processing of health data (Telemedicine)<\/b><b><\/b><\/h3>\n<p>In the course of our medical services, in particular telemedical consultations, we process health data within the meaning of Art. 9 GDPR.<br \/>\nThis processing is carried out for medical diagnosis, treatment, documentation and billing in accordance with Art. 9(2)(h) GDPR and the relevant professional regulations.<br \/>\nHealth data is subject to medical confidentiality obligations.<\/p>\n<p>\u2e3b<\/p>\n<h3><b>7. Payment processing via Stripe<\/b><b><\/b><\/h3>\n<p>For the processing of online payments we use the payment service provider:<\/p>\n<p>Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.<br \/>\n<b><\/b>1 Grand Canal Street Lower<br \/>\nGrand Canal Dock<br \/>\nDublin, Ireland<\/p>\n<p>Stripe processes personal data such as name, email address, payment data, IP address and technical data for the purpose of processing the payment and preventing fraud.<br \/>\nThe processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure payment processing).<\/p>\n<p>Further information can be found in Stripe\u2019s privacy policy:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/stripe.com\/privacy\">https:\/\/stripe.com\/privacy<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2e3b<\/p>\n<h3><b>8. Advance payments and contract processing<\/b><b><\/b><\/h3>\n<p>For certain medical services, in particular online consultations and administrative services (e.g. prescription requests), advance payment may be required.<br \/>\nPayment data is processed for the purpose of performing the treatment contract.<\/p>\n<p>\u2e3b<\/p>\n<h3><b>9. Transfer of data to third countries<\/b><b><\/b><\/h3>\n<p>In the context of using Stripe, personal data may be transferred to third countries (in particular the USA).<br \/>\nThe transfer is based on appropriate safeguards in accordance with Art. 46 GDPR, in particular Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.<\/p>\n<p>\u2e3b<\/p>\n<h3><b>10.
